Return Policy

It is okay for you to change your mind, we allow returns of unopened products within 30 days upon delivery where we will issue you a full refund. Where the return results from an error made by us, we will pay for shipping costs on the returns, especially if you receive a defective or incorrect item.

After you send the package back to us, we will issue the refund within a period of two and four days. Please note that this period of time doesn’t include the transit time taken by the shipper to deliver the product to us, which roughly takes between five and ten business days as well as the period which we process the return after receiving it which is usually between three and five days.

When returning an item you bought from us, just login to your account on our website. Under 'My Account' menu, use the link on ‘Complete Orders’ to view your order and click on the button showing the 'Return Item(s)'. After we receive and process your returned item, we will send you an email with details about your refund.
